Psychological Background:
Jessica is a very lonely person, although for those who know her...they would honestly believe she didn't have any worries in the world. She is a fun loving person, a person who cracks jokes and has always loved to just make people laugh. But deep inside, she is very insecure and has been for years. It wasn't until after her uncle passed away that she finally found her a way of possibly getting out of that deep pit she found herself in, mentally.

Personality Quirks:
Drinks sparkling flavored waters, eats her cereal 2 times a day and has a good dinner at night. Rarely if ever wears the color yellow, she can't stand that color and only eats anything in pieces, in groups of 2.

History:
Jessica grew up in a loving home, but that soon all came to a halt when she was about 8 years old. Her mother and father were killed in a car accident and Jessica and her sister were moved to live with her Aunt and Uncle. So for the next 10 years she lived with them.

Growing up with the careful and watchful eye of her aunt and uncle, Jessica rarely did anything that she could get in to trouble for. She had her friends; she was even very athletic in school. Ran track and field and tried out for cheerleading for her junior year.

But when her Aunt got sick and passed away much sooner then they believed she would, Jessica took that hard. As did her uncle and sister, but she took it and allowed it to swallow her to the point that she withdrew from a lot of the activates that she once loved.

She grew lazy in the aspect of staying home, by herself, helping her uncle and studying, since her sister was off at college. She did however find one passion of sorts that got her attention, becoming a nurse.

Jessica was soon doing anything she could to just get to be a nurse. Taking her studies seriously, saving money from the various jobs she would take on to be able to pay for college. Although once she was out of high school, her uncle had surprised her and took her to the university and showed her a check from his bank that was for her schooling in college. It had been from her parents and he and his wife, her aunt had taken it over and added to it, over the years. Just like they did with Hope.

So with her college tuition paid for, she took the classes she needed and was soon advancing through her courses and finally able to get herself out here, and put in to a hospital ER to show what she had learned, and what she could learn. She knew her stuff pretty well, and was eager to prove it. She got her first job at Ocean Cove hospital.

Of course it didn't help that while her sister was in college, she had been roommates with a girl named Lynn and while visiting there all the time, Jessica had grown pretty fond of a man named Conley Walker. The four of them had been pretty good friends, but with studies and the fact that Lynn was always up Conley's ass, Jessica never was able to truly say she had anything more with Conley then friendship. But she did have a crush on him...always the bridesmaid never the bride she used to say and still says to this day.

She was short, over weight for her height and the only good thing she felt she had going for her was the fact that she had a personality that everyone seemed to love.

Until the middle of June came that year and her uncle contacted her letting her know that he had fallen ill. With that Jessica packed up and left, left the hospital, she did of course go to college to go from an LPN to an RN, but it took some time and over the course of the next 5-6 years she was gone, and had literally gone through some life changing scenarios.

She took care of her uncle until he passed away and upon his death he had left her a good chunk of money. She did the wise thing and put 95% of it away in the bank. But the rest she couldn't resist and use it to help her, better herself. She had already undergone a dramatic weight change, but now she wanted to work on the rest.

Now it's been almost 6 years and she's back to Ocean Cove, with a whole new attitude, look and ready then ever to show just how much she has learned. Since she worked at the hospital before she came back to Ocean cove where she was determined to start her life over. Not to mention, just get a kick out of how many heads she would be able to turn.

Special Notes:
If one has to ask, the dramatic change is...Jessica last time seen weighted close to 250 at the height of 5'4". Now she's 5'4" and weighs just about 115. No glasses, teeth are straightened and whitened, hair is longer and lighter.
